I've never plugged, but I would think it would be possible to plug the gel and it still be absorbed.

pills that gel, really just need to be taken by method of parachute. unless you're gonna do some chemical process to remove the matrix.

chewing up isn't goingt o fully powder your pills, and the moisture in your mouth is going to cause it to gel up. parachuting keeps it dry until its in your stomach.

Yes, even if its gelled up, plugging it will still get the job done very well. Just use enough water to at least suspend the insolubles in, pull up in a needle-less syringe, and take rectally.

i tried jamshyds method and it didnt stay up my damn ass. how do u do the parachuting method? the ethanol really helped it not gel up but is it really harmful to shoot a little bit of ethanol i.e. isop alcohol. i dont care if its harmful i guess i just want to know if its lethal. sniffing them is ok but id rather sniff a 20mg oc. we need to find a way to smoke it and i think we might have something worth using.

Not to sound disrespectful, but neither ethanol nor isopropyl alcohol are safe, even in minute quantities, to inject. And if you're confused between the two, I suggest you don't even think about it. Psychubus posted recently about shooting up xanax using alcohol. She reported things like bleeding eyes. I think I'd rather have something lethal than experience that!

How could you not hold it in?? In any case, you can always crush, gelcap it, and take the gelcap rectally. It'll come up much slower that way, but you'll still get most of it.

I just got my prescription for MS Contin 200's and couldn't resist a
few pills, even though I have been taking buprenorphine. And since I
had been talking about "crisping" the pills by toasting them on a light
bulb, I decided to play with a few of them. I got the green coating off
with a damp paper towel and placed them in a beaker, and placed it on a
hot plate. I toasted these babies until they were good and caramelized,
shaking the beaker to prevent burning. Needless to say these babies
were caramel colored through and through, and I pulverized them and was
going to snort them because it is easier to hide that in my office.

But since I have plenty to play with, I wanted to see how the matrix of
the pill was affected by water. I took out about 1 pill worth of the
200 mg crushed pills and added 1 cc of water. It looked different than
when you just add water to a normal crushed pill. So I added another 2
cc's of water and placed it back on the hot plate. I heated it with
swirling for less than 1 minute, BAAM, I'll be damned...it all
dissolved. It was a syrupy liquid, but there was no powder or clumpy
wax remaining. I nearly came in my pants.

I drew it up into a 3 cc rigg through a cotton, changed the tip of the
needle out in case it was going to start to harden (it didn't), and
went for the mainline. BAAM...sweet sister morphine hit me from the
prickles in the top of my head to the warming of my asshole.

So from me to all of the assholes at the DEA, FDA, Mallenkrodt
Pharmaceuticals and all the fucks who make it so hard for junkie-kind
to get a decent shot from a pill, I graciously extend my middle finger
and say fuck you, na-na-na-na, I beat your damn matrix.

Thanks to all those on this NG that made it possible to do this by

No pills are worthless if they have a good chemical in them. You just have to get creative. Unfortunately I don't have any experience with opana, but this thread kinda of reminds me of mscontins.

In time people will find many ways to break the extended release and then purify for IVing.

If your plan is just to break the time release for swallowing, I recommend crushing the pills and putting them in an acidic substance (such as lemon juice, or water + absorbic acid [vitamin C tablets]) to sort of create the natural environment of your stomach. After about 4-6 hours the concoction should be ready to drink. A skilled chemist might be able to take this idea further to allow for other methods of administration.

in the interest of harm reduction i think it should be pointed out that it is not a good idea to IV pills under the best of circumstances with the brain power this guy has i think it is straight out dangerous

I had to do research/testing/clinical trials on this med for one of my internships. They developed the med so that it could not be abused. It was first developed for mental health issues. It was being tested for depression and anxiety disorders, (& it works great on those two disorders...why they are not currently prescribing it for such disorders is beyond me). later on they discovered that it blocked the opiate receptors so they started using it in detox, but the nalrex in the meds makes it almost impossible to abuse in any way, shape, or form, and if u try to shoot/snort/etc...u will get violently ill. It's very hard to take "too much" of the medication. They altered the chemical make up so that one cannot abuse or take too much of the medication, you will get ill before you feel any type of high. To the best of my knowledge, suboxone is the only one that does not contain nalrex, but I still wouldn't suggest that anyone try snorting, shooting, etc...it has a very similar chemical makeup that makes it almost impossible to abuse to the point where one would feel any type of high. It is a very good med for detoxing from opiates. It will not make you feel great, or even "normal" but it does a pretty good job of blocking most of the w/d's, and unlike other narcotics, it is pretty hard to become addicted and/or dependent on, but u wont get much out of it if ur just looking for rec use...personally, unless u were using it for detoxing, or depression, or anxiety, I would leave this drug alone...u wont get anything from it but ill...
