so i jus got my hands on opana ir 10mg n it is the bomb i have done opiates for a long long time n i havnt felt this good since like the first time i did opiates!! i can not believe it...does ant1 else who has tried opana ir by either oral injection or sniffing agree?

would u switch percs 10/325 to opana ir 10mg?

Try eating a fatty meal about 30 minutes after ingestion of the pill, it will help a little. Also nasal BA is much greater than oral, due to the fact that it bypasses your liver vs. taking it orally. Oxymorphone is similar to morphine because unlike oxycodone (which is metabolized into oxymorphone), it has to pass through your liver first to be absorbed, thus greatly reducing it's BA. Also IV oxymorph is like hands down the best high I have ever had....but you have to be careful injecting it. You need to do the alcohol preparation method and use a micron filter if at all possible.

I would drop percs in a heartbeat for opana. I use the 10IR's as well, theyre great. Only thing is I believe they must be railed, swallowed they just have too shitty of a BA, its a real waste. But going from percs to railing 10mg's of opana is quite a big step, I would tell most people to start at 5mg's. I also love the 40mg ER's even being anti abuse, it can take time to get the hang of them though
