Opana ER with roxicodone

I take opana ER every 8 hours and opana IR (oxymorphone) 6 times aday for break through pain I've taken to many of the IR for the month and don't have enough to get me through till my next visit I have some roxicodone from my old prescription my question is could I keep taking the opana ER as my primary medicine and replace the opana ir thats for break through pain with the roxicodone would they be safe to mix I've never heard of mixing opana and roxicodone

This is actually a combo i have always wanted to try since I first experienced oxymorphone.

They are just two opiates so its fine mixing the two. Just make sure to watch your doses the same as you would while you were only taking opana.

There are places on the web where you can convert how much oxycodone is equal to oxymorphone.

oxymorphone is stronger than oxycodone and i dont know if you abuse it, but snorting or shooting it maked it MUCH stronger so look out for that shit.

Yes, you can replace your Opana IR with Roxicodone, that is fine. I don't know what it would feel like, maybe a more stimulating experience? Never tried it but yes it's fine to combine the two.

Thanx guys i did the converison 1 15mg roxi is almost the same as 5mg oxymorphone IR i was on and yea I like to have fun with it but I'll start off small don't wanna get sick or OD
