opana er.. what is it?

Ive been taking oxy, roxi, and just tried heroin. ive never heard of opana ER before but when I looked it up its a oxymorphone. sounds like my kind of thing. but can someone please explain to me the difference? what is opana and i have a 40mg... when im used to take 20 or 30 mg of oxy to get high, will this get me high? or should i split it? thanks.
 
your lucky to have a opana er 40 mg pill because thats the highest dosage it comes in....the lowest being 5 mg's.

opana is oxymorphone....a very pleasant opiate in my opinion.

If your use to taking only 20-30 mg's of oxy to get high....then I would split it into quarters and take one(10 mg's) and then wait about an hour and a half and see how you feel. After that you should be able to tell if you need to take more and how much more you would need.

Be very careful.....you can always take more...not less.

*Also...yea^^^^he's kinda right....if you googled it and looked up information on this medication you probably would of had your answer and ALOT of people on bluelight have very little patience for people who seem to ask questions that can be easily answered with a little research.....but im a little more understanding and can see that you might want an actual persons perspective/experience to help you make the right choice and i respect that. But to make it easier on you...I would atleast do some research first...then come on BL and state that you have done research but still wish to get someones insight on how much to take...that way the moderators or administrators(or anyone with little patience and an attitude) will be less likely to bitch at you for asking a question easily answered with a little reasearch.

But dont get me wrong...i respect you and your decision to get someones advice before you dose...thats responsible...im just letting you know how some of the people here on BL can react sometimes and am trying to prevent you from falling victim to their complaints.
 
youre right. i should have said i did research, because i did. i just wanted a full honest answer from another person. and sometimes i dont completely understand everything google or drugs.com says. but thank you so much for the info, you were a great deal of help.

Seems non-sarcastic to me. I've never had the luck to try opana. Although I've heard good things about it.
 
Opana is ALOT stronger snorted than oral, like hydromorphone and I would assume for the same reason (whatever the fuck that is).

They are both much stronger intranasally because by snorting it you bypass the first-pass method they both have (meaning it passes through your liver first before it is metabolized, greatly reducing BA). It is the same as morphine.
