Opioids Opana ER...safe to use after popping 100 mg of tramadol last night?

Well since ive been drinking alcohol for Thanksgiving I was resorted to Tramadol last night for pain instead of Opana ER. Heres my question if I took 100mg Tramadol last night(11 pm eastern USA time) would it affect Opana ER today in a negative way? For instance CNS deppresion increased or anything dangerous I should be aware of? Im under the impression that mixing to much with Opana ER is playing with fire so im trying to stay safe. seizures would be the risk, if you took higher then 100mg. I've done this in the past with plenty of safe success. I wouldn't mix on the same day, but 24 hours later is a entirely different story. Dose safely and you should be fine.
 
Ive consumed 200 mg Tramadol, then four hours later, nasally consumed 20mg Opana. Im still living, no weird effects at all.
