Opioids Opana ER disolved in Alchohol Intramuscular Injection.

I can't seem to find a viable way of IM Opana. It will dilute in Alchohol, I diluted one pill coating removed in 1cc alcohol 91% Injected with 1" 18ga. Worked. Question is this ok to do?

are you talking about ethanol alcohol or isopropyl alcohol?
shooting ethanol is a terrible idea. it instantly destroys veins and burns terribly, unless you are diluting 10 units in a 20ml solution
shooting isopropyl alcohol, even in tiny amounts, can kill you. I'm hoping the method you are speaking about is breaking down the new "abuse-proof" opana with the isopropyl and some other steps, then waiting for it all to evaporate before you shoot it

I was thinking the same thing, you can't shoot alcohols lol, you can shoot diols or triols like propylene glycol or glycerin but not stuff with only one OH. We actually have accurate reports from the natzi criminals who didn't have better hobbies than to inject humans with stuff like 20 mL of benzene and write down the human LD50 for most organic solvents and poisons. It turns out that you can survive quite a few mLs of IV isopropanol but since it's poison and poisons the body even in amounts of one molecule, the whole idea is idiotic.
