Opioids Opana ER and Drug Tests

I don't know how this is possible, but I did an Opana 40 ER the day before a surprise piss test and I passed. I was confused as to how this would have happened, must have been a mistake.

The next time I had a test I knew about, I did another a few hours before (a whole 40) and same thing, pissed clean!

I had a friend who also had it in their system and they had blood taken and it wasn't detected in there either. (The blood test was for drugs)

If anyone knows more about how this could possibly happen please let me know, and yes, they were real Opana.

That's strange. Maybe its like suboxone, you have to test specifically for it? Not sure though.

I find it very funny that you brought this up....because i ALWAYS pass my urine tests and i do only opana. Well pass for opiates neway :-/ I have one every week at my outpatient center. I have done as much as much as 200mg (intranasal) the day before and the day of my UA's and have passed.
