Opioids Opana ER 40mg and Perocet 5/325

If I take the Percocet 3 to 4 times a day will my UA show positive for Opiates the same as if I was taking the Opana ER 40 mg 3x a day? What if I continue with the Percocets and take 1 Opana ER 40mg the day before the UA, will the UA show positive as if I was taking the 40 mg Opana 3x a day. If I take 2 Opana ER 40mg the day before the UA will the results reflect that I am taking the Opana 40 mg 3x a day??? Please advise me as I just had surgery and the Surgeon advised me to take all of the Percocet b4 going back to the Opanas. However I have to UA for my pain dr. and it must reflect the opiate usage that he prescribes which is 40mg Opana 3x a day.
