DPH just makes you more sleepy in my experience, it doesn't enhance the euphoria.

I thought eating a fatty meal took away some of the effects. Maybe that's just with other opiates. Although some people say they feel it more when they eat. Not me.

it only affects the opiates when they're taken oraly.

I'd say it does, for some reason. Speaking from personal experience. I know it doesn't really make sense, but I definitely feel there's a slight difference.

It's possible that the high-fat meal just increases the absorption of the drip once it reaches the stomach. However I believe, until proven wrong, that the direct absorption across the nasal mucosa is increased when serum lipid (fat) levels are elevated - which they are following a fatty meal.

Anyway, the effect of a fatty meal is much greater if you swallow the Opana, but it's still pretty useless by this ROA.

This is sorta off topic but I like the fact that when your snorting your opiates that you don't really need to take them on an empty stomach for FULL effects like you would when eating them.
