Opioids Opana, does adderall intensify or take away from Opana?

I am rx'd 20mg adderall daily. On ocassion I will rail some Opana. I always take my adderall, pretty much every day, and I've always taken it on the days I do Opana. My question is should I nix the adderall on those days? I have a 40 Opana I plan on doing tomorrow and I am thinking of just skipping the adderall to see if my high will be intensified.

I will probably throw in a few clonodine as I usually do that any time I do the Opana to potentiate, and my RX of clonopin ran out a few days early so I won't be adding any of those, plus when I do they don't make me noddy they just plain make me pass out and what a waste of a buzz. I will probably also take a soma or two as well. I have tramadol but I think it's garbage and have heard to many seizure stories when mixing it.

Ultimately I have just heard so many conflicting opinions about whether adderall intensifys or takes away from Opana. I love the straight up feeling of opiates but I do remember loving to mix coke and oxies back in the day, but now I hate coke and adderall is not quite coke anyway So if anyone has any knowledge, firsthand experience or otherwise I would love to hear it, thanks

I can't speak for adderall as my body rejects that crap, but I like dosing opana with my desoxyn (methamphetamine) sometimes for a more stimulating, productive day. It definitely does not "take away" from the opana.

However, the problem with using amphetamines with opiates is you tend to take more opiates to counter the upper. At least when you speedball with amphetamines they last as long as the opiate, unlike when you use cocaine with opiates, then you have the risk of overdose when the cocaine wears off.

Be careful with the opiate/benzo combo. Also, be careful with running out of benzos. It can result in seizures, and adding tramadol to the mix would make it more likely. As for your question, I find adderall to take away from the opiate high, but it's probably subjective and you will have to find out yourself by comparing how you feel when you take them together and separately.

I feel nothing on it, but it's an objective thing. I think adderall does nothing but lessen my high on Opana. Do you feel S/THING from clonopin and Opana? if so, perhaps as you said a similar drug would work, you can find the equivalent doses.

I would imagine Adderall takes away from the experience by adding all the bullshit levoamp.

I'm not sure if this would help but it's the same situation so I'll put in my two cents. Last year I was prescribed Adderal 30mg ER and I remember taking it with two 30mg of Oxycodone so 60mg. I honestly have never liked stimulants so I wasn't as happy because of the comedown from adderal but at the same time I felt amazing. If you need your adderal like I did because I was in school then take it. If not I would definitely recommend just taking the Opana and some potentiators.
It's up to you. If you like both medications, then mixing them shouldn't be a problem and should keep you from passing out.
Also, I love Tramadol and I would definitely mix it with a Benzo/Opana combination.
One time in my life I did 100mg of morphine, 4x 50MG of Tramadol, 3x 10mg Valium, and 1x 10mg of methadone. I WAS SO POSTED. Definitely one of my best combination experiences. I have taken tramadol on multiple occasions with regular opiates and I find that it increases the duration and intensity of my high.

sometimes when im on adderall , it seems like it helps my opiate dose (oxy, Opana, WHATEVER) kick in much faster and i can feel the rush more intesnly as im guessing the stimlant properties are pushing the drug into ur body faster. i have had other times where it seems like the adderall weakened my opiate dose/benzo dose and i would have to take alot more of my dose to feel it cause of the adderall stimulation, it all depends

I've been on adderall and dexedrine now for ~10 years, and was at about 260-300mg oxy a day before the NEO's, now about 60mg hydromorphone or 40mg oxymorph. That said, I've always noticed when I take my speed, the opies seem to kick in quite a bit faster, and the rush is a tad stronger. It also saves me from the wicked "crash" after my 60mg d-amph. This is only my experience though, everyone is different.
