Opioids Opana and drug test

Last weekend swim got 2 20mg opana ers and railed one friday and other saturday. Then swim got a 40mg opana er on sunday night did 10 mgs sunday 10 mgs monday 10 mgs tuesday and 10 on Wednesday. Swim was then told that he had to take a drug test on monday will Swim be clear for the test. Some people say its out of your system 48 to 72 hours some say 3 to 5 days does anybody know? is there anything i can do to help my chances of clearing system besides drinking lots of water please help

Beyond no SWIMming, we also don't speak of drug tests.

Before this is closed, might I say, Opana (Oxymorphone) probably wouldn't show up on any general panel tests, though it *may* share some similar metabolites with Oxycodone, which IS on many 'regular' tests. I am not educated enough in the area to tell you if this is fact or not. Best of luck.

You should be fine then. Cyb, most drugs derived from opium will show up as opiates on a standard drug test.

Flabu - Only drugs that metabolize from/into morphine normally show up on drug tests. There is a strong possibility that there has been more than one time that someone I know closely has taken a UA nodding out on methadone, and got by clean.

Methadone doesnt show up as opiate because its fully synthetic opiate.

Drugs like oxycodone and opana will show up as opiates because they are direct derivatives of codeine and morphine respectively. I am pretty sure on this but always have a chance of being wrong :D
