Opioids opana 30mg.. od?

I just took 30mg of opana er.. could I od? I used to use heroin.. I've been on Suboxone. Yesterday took 4mg sub and 20 opana shortly after.. obvi felt nothing. Today no sub qnd 30 opana..
 
How did you take the opana ER? Why are you asking whether you could OD after you already took it??

If you feel you might over dose you need to seek immediate medical attention.

Have you taken any other CNS depressants like alcohol or benzodiazepines?

I don't think SWIY will overdose. However, I am NOT a medical professional at all.

If SWIY crushed up an old school opana er 30mg and snorted it .. or shot it... That's pretty intense, and could be an issue.. HOWEVER

If SWIY can handle 4MG Suboxone, and SWIY took a 30mg ER Oral Opana -- I don't think SWIY have any issues.
 
I am pretty sure that you are not going to feel anything. You have to be off of subutex for at least 48 hours, sometimes longer before your body will process opiate pain medication. I would wait a few days and then take it. It would suck to waste the pill.

overdosing and feeling anything are quite different things...
 
I would think it highly unlikely that a single 30mg ER Opana, especially the new ones, taken the proper way (orally), could kill even a non opiate tolerant adult, assuming no other drugs were taken. Back before they were *really* tamper-resistant, and at a time when i had been off of opiates of all types for a while, a single 20mg oxymorphone that I crushed and snorted really effed me up for the better part of a day, however other drugs were involved, and I was still nowhere near an OD, just ill as hell. I know it's not as simple as math, but a ER Opana is designed to last 24 hours, so that's 1.25mg/hr for a 30mg pill, and Opana has like a 10% BA orally. I'd be shocked if you even felt that, let alone OD'd from it (again, assuming you didnt mix it with other stuff like benzos, alcohol, other opiates, etc.).

slightly off topic, the new Opana ER are like reverse alchemy: chemists found a way to turn gold into shit. and if you have a decent metabolic rate and a keen eye, chances are fair you'll find part of that pill in the toilet.
