Opana 10mg IR - no tolerance

Need some dosing opinions.

Have no tolerance to opiates, but i came up on a ton of these little red IR opana's(oxymorph), they seem like they are in high demand from what ive been reading..

So yeah i got the 10mgs- how much does that translate to hydrocodone (only opi ive ever played with). From what im seeing i think i should cut one 10mg in half and try that first. Should i just pop it or sniff it?

Second i also came up on ativan, is this ok to mix in low doses like 5mg opana and 1mg ativan? I know what everyone says about mixing, but this is a very low amount.. or should i just take ativan coming down from opana?

If someone thinks this is dumb as fuck or someone thinks i could make this better somehow, let me know.

OK, well the first thing you need to know is that Opana (oxymorphone) is strong!

If you're going to be experimenting with oxymorphone for the first time, then you should definitely, definitely not throw a benzo like Ativan into the mix.

And you should definitely snort the Opana as opposed to swallowing it. The bioavailability is much higher for intranasal than it is for oral, believe it or not.

My advice to you would be to crush up just one Opana and split the powder into four or five small lines. Take one small bump, snorting slowly to keep the powder in your nose and to avoid it dripping down into your throat -- and then sit on that for a while before taking another small bump.

If hydrocodone is the only pain killer that you've ever played with before, then you're in for a hell of a treat.
 
i just want to stress that it is one of the strongest prescribed opiates out there.. so with no tolerance please be careful and take it slow!..

It really depends on route use because with OM they vary wildly.

Dosing questions should be directed to basic drug discussion.

yes, in absolute bioavailability.

Oral Oxymorphone is 2 times stronger on a wight basis than Hydrocodone via Oral administration.
Sniffed it is 4x stronger than oral (42% BA vs 10% BA)
So sniffed, Oxymorphone would be on a mg per mg basis should be about 5 times stronger than hydro.

the IR's are pretty safe to snort (unlike ER's) so i would toot a half a pill and that will feel like about 25-30mg of hydro although with a much niver buzz and longer lasting.

It is very strong, please be careful.
 
Ok thanks guys i will take all your advice into consideration.

Will start with 5 mg at the MOST.

It was my 21st last night and i have been sick to my stomach alll day. Ive wanted to try this today, but was to afraid of the interaction with alcohol possibly left over. Its 8 15 pm now, still a little nauseous, will this make me more nauseous or provide good relief.?
 
definitely not gonna provide you with relief, especially if you don't have tolerance. strong opiates will make ppl throw up if they take too much and since you already feel sick to your stomach i can guarantee that it won't help with nausea.

No relief? It's a fucking opana IR. If I got one of those for a hangover I'd start drinking again.

opiates dont relieve nausea unless you are withdrawing.....for someone who has NO tolerance i'd say that if he is already nauseas, taking a strong opiate like opana would not provide relief of that, considering that nausea is the main side effect of strong opiates.

Do as above poster said and start with maybe 1/8th to 1/4 of a pill.
And as to helping with a hangover i think at a very very very small dose to a opiate intolerant would make you feel like a million bucks

I'm not saying he wouldn't puke, I'm saying he wouldn't care if he puked=D

Snorted 5 mg's, never had such a good experience on opiates. It took me twenty minutes to typ this been nodding off like crazy. Thanks again guys, sticking to 5 mgs

Haha nice man I remember them days lol

Watch out cuz tolerance can build quicker than u think...I can blow a 40mg pana and barely get the scratches let alone nod :/
