Opana 10mg IR - no tolerance

Uhhh..... i dont think 10 times stronger is right. From experience of many opiates it is about 2-3 times stronger. Example.... If you have a Opana 10 its more like an Oxy 20-30... 10 times is an over estimate.

i would even cut the pill into quarters and sniff 1/4 wait 15-20min and see how you feel, that way you can keep your tolerance down if it happens to be enough for your buzz

With no tolerance i would not mix the two. For opana snort small lines until you're where you want to be.

I'd say 99.9999999% chance, the OP getting 100 opana IRs has now lead him to the wonderful world of opiate addiction. If not, I'd honestly be SHOCKED.
