Just eat it 
Crushing it up takes time and less bioavail. If ya like to snorty snort then crush it up with a razor blade or such. Otherwise--I love swallowing my colored candy and waiting for the "ooooooh that's good." I hate things up my nose exist only lol. That's why I can't stand cocaine.

You can dissolve it for oral use by letting it sit in coca cola or other acidic drinks.
If you are hoping to grind it to snort or shoot it, you'd have an easier time converting the oxy into oxymorphone. It cant be done without some serious chemistry talent.
Be careful. If you are used to op40 and have what is essentially oc40, it can kill ya. When I had a habit I could eat 400mg of OC, whereas I could eat almost 750mg of OP. They are not exactly the same.
