OP 20 breakdown?????

Hey can someone tell me how taking 4 pink 20mg OP's would break down to taking how many mg of oxycodone in the first hour? I know it lasts 8-12 hrs I just want to know if I take 30mg of oxycodone to get right, would 4 pink 20mg OP's get me to the same destination? Thanks!

If you take 30mg oxycodone IR at once, I wouldn't take 80mg oxycodone XR over 8-12 hours. How many mg are released per hour is very variable and changes from person to person. There's no way for us to tell you for sure.

I advice against taking 80mg OxyContin if your tolerance is for 30mg at once.

No way man. 80mg of XR can still kill you if your tolerance is only 30mg of IR. I would say take 40mgs of XR. Imo, if you chew 40mgs of XR, it will hit you, not like IR, but it should get you where you wanna be.
