Online pharmacy F'ed me over!

Hey guys, been a while since i posted in here! anyways, a certain online pharmacy who has been exceptionally reliable has just fucked me over. At this point i dont even want the pills anymore cuz im done with that shit, but i have a buddy who wants what he ordered with me and we spent about $235. anyways, i mailed them a money order back in the end of may, they received it on June 15th, and i still have NOTHING to show for it. I have written them countless e-mails, and posted on their online support area. They stopped replying to me last month. I threatened to contact the better business burea, that didnt work. Do you have any suggestions? should i juts give up, or should i REALLY contact the BBB? thanks for any info. BTW the company im talking about starts with the letter "L" and is a 6 letter word, and ends in "L" most of you should know who im talking about.

Sorry, but that pharmacy is out of business and has been for about 6 months! Their site is still up because the server is located somewhere else? The people who own that site have been arrested.. you won't be getting your order.
 
Real shame that one went down isn't it. But for fuck's sake never send money orders to anybody! ALWAYS use a credit card. That way if you don't get the package for whatever reason you can just contest the charges and not pay up. The bottom line is the nobody has a signed credit card slip from you authorising the transaction so nobody can prove it was you (you might want to go to an internet cafe to place orders tho'!).

But THAT IS THE RISK YOU TAKE WITH ONLINE PHRMACIES .. if you get fucked over, just take it with a smile on your face and realize "hey, it happends" .. you DID pay with a credit card, right? So you didn't waste anything but the time you took to write those pointless e-mails... the BBB? ROOFLE! What are they going to do? Libsol wasn't in the US anyway, so the BBB couldn't do dick... what a joke...
If you didn't contect the charges - um, well if it's not to late, do this -
Say you did not authorise those charges and are contesting them, simply say you did NOT SIGN for them - it's in the contract you have with your credit card company - it's NOT VALID unless you sign... if it's to late to contest, well, your loss..
