Sorry Mugz, I've no experience of wooing fair ladies I've been with my partner since I was 15.

I know a couple of people that use online dating, with some success, I would just apply the same rules as you would IRL, don't over think it, be yourself.

There isn't a manual that I'm aware of, I'd ask her about about her interests in music, film, art maybe, I'd avoid being to pushy to begin with the girl I know who has used online dating quite a bit said she got quite a few blokes sending her total filth and that if she had wanted that she would have signed up for that sort of site. I'm assuming your not using adult friend finder :D
 
haha, not it isn't adult friend finder, lol. It's just a regular dating site with a good reputation. I'm a killer for overanalysis, I'll try and just write back another short message related to the last one and ask another question at the end to try and induce another reply.
 
I would say it's positive, it's a sign she's not running screaming at any rate. Unless she's Malcolm X's daughter, in which case she's using her full name, which could be construed as icy cold formality. Chances are it's the first one.
 
That's just standard friendly IMO, I always put 1 for girls 2 for boys=D
 
I knew a guy in the mid-90's who was into dogging when it really was a bit more furtive and secretive. He was very cagey about it. Horrible bloke.

1. Yes, briefly, after splitting with a prev bf and living here without any friends for a short while. Met a guy who ended up being a pretty good mate of mine and one who ended up being a pretty crazy stalker-type. Didn't try again after that.

2. I chatted to them both on some form of IM platform first and met up when it was clear (so I thought) that we were getting on really well.

Lol. I'm not bringing up dogging either, I've never dogged either.

Won't be taking the video camera along effs, lol, that would be creepy.

I want to think of something wacky to say but nothing springs to mind, I could say that I'm trying to write a new language, haha.

Video cameras are a bit of a no-no amongst the dogging fraternity.

Ask her what she thinks of dogging, just as an ice breaker, you don't actualy have to take her out in your Micra, but might get the conversation flowing.
 
Don't try for something contrived and wacky, just make sure it's different from the cookie-cutter questions that Spade mentions. Ask somebody what they think about something rather than what they do or where they live, or what music or films they like. You'll find out a lot more about the person that way.

I've never done it, but it increasingly seems to be seen as the done thing. Maybe I should try it, though I'm much more comfortable with the spontaneity of real-time flirting. Though that can also have its downsides.

Just ask her a question about something that's happened recently, nothing too heavy. Then ask her a further question based on her response to show you were taking in what she said. Women like to be listened to, lots of men don't bother. Don't try to be wacky, you'll put her off. And def save the photo of you in the jester outfit off your tits on meph for a later date.
