Fiona Apple - Sullen girl. I feel a wave of extreme hopelessness and reach for some pills to numb myself. It's the saddest song ever written. I literally cannot listen to it, because I will go doctor-shopping, get some roxicodone, and wash them down with vodka until I can't feel anything. I haven't listened to it since 2004 for a reason!

I have a few songs that I felt I’d never be able to listen to…songs I loved! But over time things settle and get easier. Maybe one day you can.
