I took a one off dose of saint johns wort 4 days ago which is a mild ssri.

Will it be ok to take mdma tonight?

Plz remember it was a once off dose and I have not been taking it regularly.

Please stop and think about what you just said.... You're encouraging them to continue to take this drug before rolling, even though it could cause SS and possibly KILL THEM... don't do it again.


Why the fuck would you even take grams of St. Johns Wort anyways....? There is no difference in the effectiveness of this drug between 300mg and 900mg


Like Dezzy said, if it's one dose four days ago, you should be fine. But this combination can lead to Serotonin Syndrome, which is a VERY serious drug reaction, and if not treated it can kill you. Be safe.
