Hello!

Im new to the board and for the past 6 years I've used its content to steer my drug exploration.
Ahead of time thank you for reading.

I'm a Chemical Engineer that suffers from genetic chronic anxiety.
My grandfather died from it (Heart attack from stress)
and my father has it.

I take 40 mg Citalopram daiily, and Klonozopam 1.5 mg daily.

If I took 100 Mg of Tramadol on a day off due to stress and to relax but not take the Citalopram,
would it Create any problems doing it just once?

I smoke at night before bed as a way to stop the anxiety and enjoy the evening without using klonozopam. I have taken Oxycodone and Hydrocodone in the past and havent taken too many opiates besides low doses of codieine/paracetamol. I came across a few of these as a gift but after doing research hesitant to use them recreationally on an afternoon off. Any advice? Im looking to take 100 to 150 max in mg.

Thanks!

Considering you are taking an SSRI on a daily basis, I would not take the tramadol at all, even if you skipped a dose. The SSRI would still be in your system, and the effects would still be present. Taking tramadol, which is an SNRI itself, is not a smart idea as it could lead to the potentially lethal serotonin syndrome. I highly suggest you do not try it.
