I completely agree with this advice, also find another female to talk to in the mean time either as a distraction, to get the one you like jelous or both.

You view your experience as a ONS - so does she. If you had zero chemistry with her and she was messaging you for more what would you think? Sad, desperate, pathetic - she is thinking the same so move on.

i wouldn't get too personal on work chat either, never know who might be watching. besides, doesn't sound like you've given her much time to make up her mind about you, if it was just a one-time thing then leave it at that, if it was something more than make a conscious decision to pursue it properly.
