I do have some good news though, i'm thinking about shelving substances period or at least taking them as prescribed because i'm getting into Jesus.

That's great that you're getting away from substance abuse, my teenage dxm abuse unfortunately only led to me doing hard drugs now. But yes, I think if dxm were abused with the frequency of other substances, it'd be considered one of the most toxic ones out there.
