Then how would you go about getting...high? Take a different drug?

I guess I'm trying to say that you'd ruin the beauty of any one drug by being high on it 24/7...

I'd flip a coin between cocaine and fentanyl, they have pretty much identical effects for me (strangely enough) with the exception of one making me fast and the other making me slow (same euphoria, same confidence ect...)
