Once and for all...where is the fentanyl???

I cannot believe how hard it is to find this info...but can anyone tell me where the fentanyl is in the new mylar or mylan patches...Is it in the glue?Is it in the plastic???WTF?

It's in the adhesive part. Supposed to be abuse-proof.
