Hey guys and gals.

Going to a b-day party this weekend with the gf and we plan on dropping a few during that night. Now I'm not new to rolling but I have become more interested in the harm prevention.

Ive read alot about the pre/post loading. Honestly alot of info to take in. Some of it down right confuses me. I trying to make sure we are on the right tract for our pre loading.

1. Multi vitamins daily... (me your average mens vitamins) (her prenatals, no she is not pregnant, but apparently they help hair and nails grow)

2. B6/b12 unsure of the dosage but the b12 sure has helped in the energy department

3.Vit C 1000mg

4. Other random crap that i take to stay healthy like omega 3 and garlic.
 
have a gatorade like 2 hours before, and on the come down, it will help you stay hydrated, during the day eat salty foods, and eat your last meal 4 hours before you drop, enjoy:)
 
I remember reading somewhere that if you eat spicy food such as a curry before rolling, it can reduce the gritty feeling and comedown afterwards. Never tried doing it myself but other people said it works wonders.

That's interesting. I once ate a spicy hot dog at a massive once, about 30 mins before I dropped. Best roll of my life... I've always wondered whether that spicy dog had something to do with it lol~

I always drink gatorade during my rolls, not water. Sugar helps drugs cross the blood-to-brain barrier (so I read on this forums somewhere, seemed credible at the time of reading). And anyways, I always figure I should be getting some energy during the roll so the sips of sugar is always nice. And this way you can never over-drink to your death, since the ions in the drink will keep your electrolytes balanced. Win, win, win. Win.

I also personally attest to the powers of piracetam. Placebo or not, I dgaf, because it works for me :)
