Hello,
My name is Dave and I am addicted to opioid pain pills. I am all signed up to come into the clinic Tuesday. I really know I'm at a point in my life where it is time to turn my life around. I'm in my early 40s and have a very successful career. I have 3 beautiful children 15,12, and 4. I've been married for 19 years and she still is the love of my life. So, these are the reasons I want to see my life get better, and to stop worrying about if I have enough pills to get me through until next month.
Thank you for listening.
Regards,
Dave

Welcome to Bluelight Dave,
You can find a lot of information on here on opiate addiction, as well as come up with a treatment plan that suits you(regardless if your spiritual or not), I've met tons of amazing people on here, and a lot of which I can call my friends.
I warn you that the deeper you look in these forums that the triggers will be more around you, so beware, and after you have enough post's I would like to see you post in the lounge, I wouldn't say it's drug-free, tho the talk about drugs there is against the rules so feel free to come and talk about your wife.

Hope you enjoy your time here,
Drew

Hey dave! Welcome. I am here to say through my experience, with enough willpower and desire YOU CAN change your life and make it better man. There are so many helpful people on here, I have used this site many times when I was in need. Bluelight is awesome, you came to the right place.

sg is totally right, and if you ever feel you're gonna cave, or are just having a rough day, feel free to pm any of us Ambassadors or check out The Dark Side for more support, we are always willing to help! :)

There is also an NMI Adoption Programme for those of whom that feel they need a helping hand. I'd be willing to adopt you if you are willing. I suggest reading the thread I linked first ^^

Cheers
