On Addy and haven't slept in 2 days, am I safe to take an opiate ?

I haven't slept in 2 days because I've been on vacation and the bed was horrible and the adderall didn't help. I just got back home and have to work tomorrow so I need to get some rest. I had 15mg addy at noon 10mg 4hrs later and 5mg's about 2 hrs ago. All I have at the moment is a roxi 30 and a few 10mg lortabs. Should I be ok to take something to calm me down and help for a better chance of sleep. I do it every now and then but I didn't know if loss of sleep takes any part in making it a bad scenario.

doing so would be common practice. taking opiates for the comedown and in an effort to get some sleep, that is.
 
Taking an opiate would definitely help you if you're trying to fall asleep after a bunch of adderall. Opiates, in my opinion, are perfect when coming down from adderall.
 
Damn, adderall use to put me to sleep an hour after ive taken it. Taking opiates after a stimulant wont harm you. I mean, as long as your not shooting speed balls & what not but you should be okay with how you are taking your 30mg roxi.
 
^Assuming the OP is going to eat it or snort it they'll be okay. A whole 30mg oxycodone is too much for somebody without opiate tolerance, however...

You are correct pending his tolerance. I didnt see it but you are right, 30mgs of oxy is alot if you are not use to the opiate. Definitely take pre-cautions when using opiates w/o any significant tolerance to the drug.
