on 90mgs of methadone. could i do something with these tylenol 3's?

hey guys i'm on 90mg's of methadone a day and recently got 15 tylenol 3's (30mg codeine/300mg acetaminophen). i figured since i'm on this much 'done i pretty much have no use for them. is there any way i could get ANYTHING out of it?

Return them to where you "found" them, or turn them into the pharmacy if it is a med that you were prescribed.

Nope. Your tolerance is way too high for you to feel them, plus you are on what is considered a blockade dose of methadone which is caused by having a high dose of an opioid in your system all the time, making the addition of more opioids so insignificant that you don't feel the effects of them.

lol u are on 90mg methadone. like 120mg codeine = 5-10mg oral methadone, codeine is just soooo weak. codeine is fun if you have like NO tolerance .

id save them for a rainy day when you cant get to the clinic on time or something comes up, or if you lower your dosage, or <snip>

Yea, hold onto them in case of an emergency where you may be faced with withdrawals. Even then they still probably won't make you feel 100% but would be better than nothing I suppose.

This is a basic dosage question so I'm going to move it to BDD. It might get closed pretty quickly though since it's pretty much answered.
