Omeprazole is a PGP inhibitor and has already been used for potentiating lope, and is also fine taken concurrently with clarithromycin, except they raise each other's plasma concentration by 1.3x.
Clarithromycin is also a PGP inhibitor and apparently one of the strongest CYP3A4 inhibitors known to man.
Therefore, could this combo (say 40mg Omeprazole + 1000mg Clarithromycin) make a loperamide high viable at doses around 20mg?
I also take 0.5mg Clonazepam daily so I presume that will be potentiated as well but I definitely wouldn't mind... I would mind ODing off Lope though.
Also wasn't sure whether to post this here or NaPD.
Edit: Just read that both Clarithromycin and Lope prolong QT. I don't think I want to play with that...
