I recently discovered some Tylenol-3 that expired in 2011, they appear to still be completely white. Are they ok to take or should I just discard them?

They are probably still ok, it's hasn't been expired that long. Few drugs, like certain antibiotics turn caustic when they age.

Do a cold water extraction if you plan to take more than a couple.

I would eat them without a doubt, shouldn't be an issue if they look fine. They might not be as strong, but the difference will be hardly noticeable.

As everyone has said, they're probably still almost full strength. The expiry date is the shelf date, the pills will last 5-7 years easily in the proper temperature.
