Old 2C-B Pill

Ive had an old 2c-b pill laying around from about 2-3 years ago that i recently found again & im wondering if its still safe to eat?

The pill has gone fairly soft so thats why im unsure if it is still safe to take, any advice would be much appreciated!

As far as I know, phenethylamines are ridiculously stabile.
I have read about 3000 years old Peyote found in a ceramic pot in America. There was still active Mescaline inside.

Eat the pill! it´s as safe as the day you got it. And I will bet that it works just as good.

Yeah I have never had any problems with any 2cxx compounds, stable as they come, would not love to have tried that 2000 year old cactus though

I read it somewere in Pihkal, I think, but I can´t find it now.
Wikipedia says this though:

"Peyote is known to have been used since the middle of the Archaic period in the Americas by the people of the Oshara Tradition in the Southwest. In 2005 researchers used radiocarbon dating and alkaloid analysis to study two specimens of peyote buttons found in archaeological digs from a site called Shumla Cave No. 5 on the Rio Grande in Texas. The results dated the specimens to between 3780 and 3660 B.C.. Alkaloid extraction yielded approximately 2% of the alkaloids including mescaline in both samples. We can only determine how stable compounds are as long as they are discovered obviously, but for things like 2C-B that is a long time and I have only heard positive things about 2C-X shelflives.

When you get to stuff like the NBOMe's then it might get a different story but we just don't know yet I guess. Time will tell!

Your question should be answered, phenethylamines in general including 2C-B keep stable!
