I'm sure the olanzapine will likely kill the buzz.
I don't have first hand experience, but a mate of mine seriously lost his shit through excessive MDMA abuse and was prescribed olanzapine for paranoid schizophrenia.
It pretty much kills everything from what I can see...

Thanks for your reply, I’ve been off of it for 3 days to flush it out of my system before I trip. I don’t take MDMA to often. I should mention that I take lybalvi which combines olanzapine with an opioid antagonist.

Can I ask why you're on olanzapine?
I’m prescribed it for bipolar disorder.

OK. I have no idea if there are any adverse effects from the combination itself, but MDMA is probably not a good idea with your condition. Just take care mate...
Do you plan on going back on the bipolar meds after your mdma experience?
I only ask because I don't know your situation but If stop my meds for whatever reason then forget to go back on them I tend to slowly snowball. So slow I can't even tell even when the snowball is massive until it's so big I end up in the ICU thinking "oo sh*t how the f*ck did this happen again"

Olanzapine isnt really something you can just stop taking though is it? I was on it for a while up to 10mg a day for 'drug induced psychosis' at the time i was using various substances including MDMA and Ketamine and MXE. After 6 months of not taking any substances i decided to come off olanzapine and lamotrigine. Omg the insomnia was too much even for me i think i stayed awake for 4 days at one point and i was doing stupid shit like imagine id gone up to 17 stone weight because of the olanzapine and then i thought oh ye i will go for a run, did a 3 mile run was so out of breath and had a migraine for 2 days from it lol
Then decided a taper was best and even that wasnt just splitting pills i was literally splitting pills then filing them down lol
I later read some studies on olanzapine and i found out even healthy individuals who are on it then stop taking it can experience brief episodes of either Mania or Psychosis.
I wouldnt recommend taking mdma as it will severely disrupt your neurochemicals and probably trigger both mania and then depressive episode.

I would say going off your meds is going to be worse than taking MDMA with respect to your bipolar disorder.
I never had the Tuesday blues, I know many many people that have never had them either. I've also met a lot of people that do.
The thing is you really don't know. Do I personally think that you're going to have a manic or depressive episode from taking MDMA, no I really don't. Obviously I'm not a psychiatrist, but they really don't know either.
I've seen many many people take MDMA that we're diagnosed with bipolar disorder or major depressive disorder and lots of other depressive disorders and they were fine. Your mileage may vary.
It's interesting that olanzapine is an inverse agonist at the 5-HT2 receptors. This may upregulate sensitivity of those receptors over time and you may actually enjoy your role a little bit more.
It's not an actual SSRI.

BTW, you shouldn't drink alcohol before or during a roll because it fucks it up. It dampens the roll, and can cause severe cardiovascular, and pulmonary issues as well as hyperthermia.
have you been able to trip on drugs since olanzapine?

i dont know because i have only used cannabis, alcohol and a few different prescription / pharmacy drugs since i havent actually taken mdma or anything like that for over 7-8 years now
I see, are you able to get a euphoric high from cannabis despite olanzapine?

the same or mine was losing his shit from to much of sleep deprivation and amphetamines with alcohol and then he just went full manic with his parents drunk and tweaking on whatever that paste was but in high dosages and as in acute psychosis being intelligent and mentally tough or at least I thought so he was.
Parents called the ambulance and I wasn't hearing from him 15 days as I was married and constalntly at work or partying till they let him out or in the section where you can use your phone so he called me and I went there when they let him out in that open section.
He said you know shit about these meds, and I feel nauseas and said: I told them that I wasnt schizo but here they give you haloperidol first even the fact that he wasn't resisting or anything he saw people from ambulance and he said that when he saw them He was like ok: This must be the sign that I went to far so when you're in there they just look the same everyone and give haloperidol or clozapine with benzo for sleep. He wasn't even dellusional of what was going on!

so later they gave him paliperidone injenction or Xeplion which made him all that he wasn't + he didn't wanted to listen when he later was on Risperidone and tapering with Olanzapine thus saying that he wasn't on any meds and taking XTC with us and then saying that it was shit while we were rolling on same pills or he was like: I feel something but it's not like I don't like it but How the fuck are you are all happy and how can you take it without drinking at least couple beers?
So I sat couple times and said: first My brain thinks that if I would to take more sips of water that my stomach is getting to much as floof of serotonin is like sex maybe later but food or beer which is almost like food is toxic and H was looking at me like I speak about quantum mechanics to a auto-mechanic(his words)
So I sad: look taking speed with thing that blocks it or if it's easier for you now to understand taking antipsych or neuroleptics even antinausea meds (metoclopramide) with mdxx is like hitting gas while brick is on brakes!
He then stopped taking drugs while taking meds and now he just is drinking to much which is another drug that works only as a sleep-aid and to hold his withdrawals from the same thing.
I guess it's one or the other!
And its funny how in every state even in EU states they treat same disorder with another group of meds.
I guess HR should be don't roll couple hours or less just to suffer days later.

yes easily i was only on olanzapine for around 6 months though 10mg per day this was many years ago too approx 6/7
How long do I have to be off olanzapine to feel mdma again

7-30+ days. Depends on how much and how long you've taken it.
