ive been a tramadol junkie for 7 years so ive build up a resistence to it and today i didnt take tramadol just to sniff coke the whole night and now im craving tramadol, is it safe to do it if my last bump was like an hour ago?
its not like im gonna take the whole rest of the bottle

You can google drug combination chart to get some pointers. Cocaine and tramadol is in the worst category of combinations, with danger to life and health.

Personally i'd worry more with tramadol in particular than other opioids, because it's also an antidepressant and interacts with serotonin and norepinephrine systems.

To be safe, better avoid. But if you wait a couple of hours, it might be okay. Lowering your dose could be advisable if you decide to proceed.
