Okay right AMT question

Okay I haven't dosed up on amt in a long time so this can't have anything to do with tollerence.
So the other day I dosed up 50mg of amt, I have accurate scales. Anyway it got to the 4 hour mark, and there was no oev's or cev's to speek of other than traces.
I got the amt feeling, so now where at the 6 hour mark and I desired to redose another 50mg, and yet again nothing.
Why?

I would like to add that I hot this any from a trusted vendor

When redosing it may not work because of acute tolerance. As to why it wasn't as intense initially as you expected it to be, well YMMV I guess.

I find it sometimes goes the opposite way to what I expect.

For example, I take a reasonably small dose and end up seeing purple clouds or I take a lot and just get a mild head trip. Weird stuff.

It's a strange but potentially very powerful substance.
