okay, I need some serious help on this situation with my friend.

okay my friend just had his 21st birthday and he wanted to go all out on drugs/drinking since he hasn't in a long time. we started off by getting E and ate 4 pills a piece and hit some local clubs. we then pop 60mgs each of adderall XR at the peak just so we can stay stimulated throughout the night. for the E comedown we have some black tar heroin. I'm not a big fan so I didn't smoke any, instead I had kpins and xanax. we go to his car and so he can smoke his tar and then go back into drink some more. at this i am extremely fucked up. we are about to leave (we have a sober driver) to go back to his place. i look for my benzos and they're gone. he told me he took a few because i said he could. i don't remember saying it but who knows. anyways he doesn't know what kpins and xanax are really and by the looks of it he took probably about 4.5 mgs of xanax and between 5-7mgs of klonopin (i didn't know exactly how many of these i had)


anyways we are at his place and he's on the floor hardly moving and he's holding his chest like he's having a hard time breathing. my other friend just gave him ephedrine and sudafed because he said it would help him breath. but it doesn't seem to be helping.

any input is appreciated

He is likely suffering from respiratory depression, and will likely die if you do not get him to a hospital.

Call an ambulance and tell them everything that he took. He likely needs a shot of narcan.

This is an issue I have been wanting to raise for some time. Creating an account (probably), creating a thread and checking the replies is valuable time that could be spent calling the ambulance and being with the poor dude rather than leave him to suffocate and have his eyes rolled back... his final moment consisting of loneliness. Is that how you treat your friends OP?
