is it safe to eat 2 grams of shrooms one day, and then the next two days take 3 mollies per day?

Yes. Although taking molly two days in a row might be a bit detrimental to our friends the brain cells.

Ive shroomed after rolling and it turned out great.. There should be no problem with it. I wouldn't roll two days in a row though.

ive only rolled once before with 2 mollies in one day during UMF in Miami. is 3 mollies per day for 2 days two much? i really wouldnt know. and what about shrooming 24 hours BEFORE rolling?

You can roll and shroom, haven't done it personally, but there's not really any danger in rolling after you shroom. Rolling 2 nights in a row is a bad idea though.

Some of my absolute best trips have been during MDMA afterglow. It seems to set me up for a wonderful headspace!

Mushrooms and mdma are fine together. You can do them at the same time and it's pretty safe (although not necessarily what you want :p).

The part where you're taking three mollies for two days ... that is the bad part. Stick to one day. Then you're good :)

I believe mushrooms & mdma both work on the 5ht1a receptors in the brain so using alot of both i'd imagine would cause alot of down regulation of those receptors.

this is correct.

you can probably roll tho but it would not be in your healths best intrest to shroom and roll that close togeather, also im sure the roll would not be the same taken that close to a shroom experience.

then the day after the roll when u try to roll off 3 more im sure you will not roll but be left with a strange cracked out feeling trust me i have been there!

Shrooms downregulate 5ht receptors? Interesting, I'd have figured there'd be some different mechanism of tolerance than that of MDMA. If nothing else just because shrooms feel so benign.

with shrooms your brain doesnt fire off huge amounts of serotonin but the receptors kinda of spread out and slightly droop as to mdma everything is the same but u shoot off huge amount of sert/ dopamine and nuero sum shit

wow. If you have to ask you can't afford it.. in this case for your health! Don't do molly 2 days in a row, especially multiple pills.. hell most pills nowadays are triple stacks so you could technically be taking like 3 doses per pill. start with 1, see where you are in an hour and take more till you feel comfortable with the ish. Icecream scoops Ms. Botwin, Icecream scoops.

As for shrooming, I'd do the shrooms day 1, and molly day 2. Shrooms, I have to take a diesel dump afterwards. Molly I just wanna chill in a dark quiet room all day. Think it'd be easier to roll after tripping than vice versa.

Pretty sure most down regulation would be the 5-HT2a receptors after shrooming and it wouldn't affect MDMA all that much the next day.

"Uncertainty exists about the binding profile of the hallucinogenic compound psilocin (7) at serotonin receptor subtypes in humans. In some publications it is therefore referred to as a
mixed 5-HT2 / 5-HT1 receptor agonist[124, 286].

Unfortunately, comparable binding data at human receptors does not exist so far (Table 1). A low, two-fold selectivity of psilocin (7) for the rat 5-HT2A over the rat 5-HT1A receptor has been measured in transfected cells[ 3 7]. Taking into account the 15-fold higher affinity of psilocin (7) for the human over the rat 5-HT2Arecep- tor[ 8 1], psilocin (7) might be a reasonably 5-HT2A-selective ligand in humans." link

Since psilocin has a high affinity for 5-HT2a receptors and a much lower affinity for 5-HT1A, 5-HT1D, and 5-HT2C, I would assume that most of the immediate downregulation would be at the 5-HT2a receptors. Can I get a link to those sources, I can't find anything else at the moment?
