Back in Feb., I had a bad reaction to the yohimbe in a multivitamin I was taking (Men's Prime Multi from Swanson Vitamins). I had panic attacks, chest pain, fatigue, etc., that was on and off for a while, and although I'm mostly better now, it's taking a long time to completely get over it.

I was reading up on Rhodiola and SAM-e, but don't know if they can be combined. I'm wary of trying both b/c they both target the nervous system and are classified as MAOI's. Rhodiola, from what I hear, can get rid of these symptoms VERY quickly, while SAM-e slowly stabilizes brain chemistry. Thus, taking both is ideal, but is it safe?

I am also taking cordyceps sinensis, hawthorne berries, cod liver oil, and magnesium. Lots of trial and error before I found the best working supplements for me.

Personally, I would be careful.
I don't have a clue what active ingredients are in any of these herbal products.
You should ask your doctor to be honest. That's the only way you're going to be sure.
It could be dangerous to just "dive right in" and take them all :\

Keep safe - Keep seen... seen? ;)
