ok to combine klonopin and ambien?

Hi, I was just wondering if it was ok to combine klonopin and ambien. I've taken 6mg Klonopin today, not really feeling much from it except a little relaxation physically and mentally. Would it be ok to add 10-15 mg Ambien to this or should I wait until tomorrow to try the ambien?

Klonopin I take 2mg normally but haven't felt effects from that for a while. I tried 4, didn't see any results, so I tried 6 and am now up to 8. It hasn't really done anything except for make my physically relaxed, which I guess it's supposed to do. Ambien I usually take 10 or 20 mg, depending on the day.
 
That being the case, it should be ok to do both as long as you half the dosages for each... such as 1mg of Klonopin and maybe about 5mg of Ambien to see how they are going to interact for you. If it were me I would sleep for 3 days lol. Please be careful though and remember that mixing the two could strengthen them much more than you're used to.
 
Sounds like you should be ok, but if you do get it wrong don't count on remembering anything. I personally would be wary of the combo, the capacity for doing stupid/dangerous shit is just going to increase exponentially.

I've taken Valium and Ambien and didn't have a very good time. Had 10-20 mg Valium and took an ambien (10mg) after about 2 hours of dosing the Valium, and didn't feel shit from the ambien when I normally do (When in reality I looked high) so... I decided to bump my dose up to 40mg ambien. Didn't feel much. And then i'm seeing in 3's. It was horrible and everytime I try it again, I blow through 1/3 of a months sleeping medicine.

IMO, Don't do it.
 
Healthwise you should be absolurely ok, but be aware of the fact that mixing benzos and z-drugs isreally intoxicqting. A regular dose of klonopin along with only one zopiclone pill turned me into a zombie. I ran into walls, was absolutely desoriented and redosed multiple times. And i remember nothing of it.
