ok here comes lame ques...what is 2-cb and foxy? Help a sister out.

I'm reading about all these amazing experiences w/ these 2, but I really don't have any knowledge of what it is. After reading some of people's experiences w/ 2-cb I think i've had it more than once on accident. Any info would be great. Damn. I feel like a newbie all over again.
