Only tried it for the first time the other week and didnt rate it at all however i've come to the conclusion it was shit gear.

then i managed to get a diff source but his crack was oily and moist and didnt smoke too well either.

now i've got a new source and it's hard rocks, much better.

Whats the difference between the two and which do you prefer

From what I always was told, oily crack is just fresher, and hasn't had time to dry out as much. IME experience it's never made much of a difference, but I IV it, so I wouldn't know about how it would effect smoking.

I agree with the guy above - I have had crappy oily crack and great oily crack, and I have had crappy hard dry crack and good hard dry crack. The oily vs hard does not seem to be a determining factor.

One thing I can tell you is that the worst I've had is the crack that is the same consistensy of baking soda.. which is probably because that's 99% what it's composed of

I've had shit so bad that you need to hit it with 2 regular bic flames in order to make it even burn enough to get a hit

But that's only been once or twice, normally I get the bomb-diggidy ;)

crack isnt composed of baking soda. when they whip all the baking soda dissolves in the water. you pour out most of the water to the point where your just left with very little water, and a lot of cocaine "juice" when they whip it, its the water that adds to the cocaine juice. if your stuff is hard that means they didnt use too much water, if its oily then they basically strait dropped it.. if its oily and no good its possibly cut with something to make it look good
