Micron filters are used regularly with this individual to prep buprenorphine. Usually done with 100ml sterile saline/mg bupe.
All works are usually new and clean. Several doses are made at once and stored in sterile vials.
Micron filters are .22um and work well generally. Solution comes out clear, with no visible particulate.
The last time this was done, after filtering twice with a cotton filter, and then the micron, the solution was cloudy, and had particles floating, and looked like there was oil spots. User is wondering what this could be from?
Wondering if isopropyl alcohol can cause this as it is used to wipe down containers before placing solution in it.
Guessing the solution will need to be filtered again, Hopefully its not wasted.
Any feedback appreciated.
Thanks,
