Today i will be riding in a big van with some friends as well as some family members for a wedding that's about 8 hours away. I decided, hmmm..lsd sounds fun on the road. I hate long drives btw, i get so jittery not moving for so long.

Anyways, i had the lsd blotters in tin foil and i think i folded it wrong because each blotter had another stuck onto it. I was holding the foil open in my hands when a family member started walking up the stairs to where i was. A family member who wouldn't approve. so i quickly picked up 2 and put em on my tongue. after 5 mins or so i noticed they seemed a little thicker than usual. I was playing around with the blotters on my tongue when i noticed they felt like they were ripping in half. Turns out each blotter was double stacked and i got 4 instead of 2.. I really couldnt tell you what the dosage is.. I just had to experiment with the batch.

2 of them proved strong the last time i took it. Not sure how 4 will go. Think driving in a van with 7 other people will be ok haha. I could stay home if its really gonna be a problem, ill take some shit for it..

Wow...oops. I would try to stay home and take the shit for it. Sounds like some of your company may not approve and if you just doubled what was already a strong dose you may lose some control and then have to try explaining it to those who wouldnt approve. This at best would be uncomfortable and I could easily see it leading to a nasty bad trip. Do you know how many mics you took?

well you guys have convinced me :)

Looks like im stayin. That wasn't my brightest moment this morning..

I thought 2 would be pretty fun in a car haha. Besides my brothers fiance's mom and her husband, everyone would be ok with me chillin in the back having an experience. Oh, its not my brothers wedding btw..i wouldn't miss that. Just some weird couple ive never seen before but apparently im related to them.

well..that will have to wait for about 3 hours. Its 7:21am where i live.
I have my dog to keep me company. dosed at 6:35, feelin interesting right now. This flower in my basement is orange and about a foot tall..if i look at it now it droops down and sprouts new peddles.

My thinking has slowed and become confusing. writing this took way longer than it should have.

I also have one other question with regards too a certain type of hallucination. While on lsd or other similar hallucinogens, when i look at my ceiling where it meets the wall, my ceiling will start to float off leaving a void that is full of color. What is this called exactly? maybe not a specific name, but im curious to know more about it.

if this doesnt make sense..sorry. I already forgot what I typed above this anyways.

Hmmm stupid question on my part. I haven't gotten out of this chair for 3 hours now, and it just took me a good 5 minutes to locate my mouse which turned out to be on the mouse pad.
Typing is rather difficult, my letters are morphing when I look for more than a split second. Ehh I'm getting kinda Pissed at these letters.. there being rude and not staying still. I told the little bastards to stop, no success

Good you stayed. Have a great trip man. I guess LSD has different effects on different people - I'm always pretty sharp when I drop cid

In my experience, this is only true at lower doses. With larger amounts of acid there's a lot more variability, and it's easy to be lucid in some ways and very impaired in others or to go from a very clear headspace to an extremely confused one very rapidly.

I'm usually pretty crisp on Lsd. My cognative ability doesn't suffer to bad on a moderate dose. I do notice that with nearly any dose I will experience a short period of heavy brain fog, little anxiety and slight confusion. This usually happens while coming up and lasts for 5-10 mins then my mind clears and I feel abnormally sharp.

As of right now I'm pretty toasted. Not sure if anyone ever uses the word toasted for that...but I am :)
I'm still quite clear headed when I want to be. If I look away from the screen and look at wall, the wall will nearly dissolve then appear to be getting further away very fast. When that happens I get that feeling you get from falling unexpected. Its quite amazing feeling.

I always think it's a bit of a waste of a trip to sit on the computer tapping messages into bluelight.

Great thread title, great thread. OP, I'm laughing hard, but not in a mean way. I hope you're having a cool trip, it sounds like you are.

Oh, and that that fluctuation between confusion and clarity? Yup, I feel you. Makes me tempted to see if my old microdots are still active. It's a little late where I am now though, I'd be up till 9AM at least.

Haha thanks man :)

I had a really fun trip, quite strong as well at times. I did have one very awkward moment that felt like it lasted a lifetime. For some odd reason about 4 hours in I got the notion that I was supposed to take my neighbors dogs out. I was asked to take care of there dogs on Monday and Tuesday of this upcoming week. I thought " oh shit I have to let those fellas out", thinking for some reason it was Monday.
Grabbed the keys and made my way down the street at a slow pace stopping frequently to look at stuff. Anyone driving by must of thought it was first time outdoors.

Anyways, I got over there and walked in the house. The door wasn't locked, I found that odd but assumed they forgot. I walk through the house slowly taking in my new environment. I found their dogs laying on their bed and I put the leash on both and made my way for the door. Just before I get to the door the lady of the house walked in. For a moment she just looked at me, I just stared back looking terribly startled I imagine. Then she ask's "what are you doing?" I realize at that moment that I was a retard and it was Friday. I began to talk but I couldn't find the words so I just kinda mumbled something, said sorry, took the dogs leashes off and quickly made for home.

This is by far the most awkward moment ive had while on a mind altering substance. The part that is really bad is that they just moved in a week ago. This was my second incounter with this family. I'm terrified to talk to them when they come home. Their gonna think I need a helmet. I have a feeling they wont be asking me for help anytime in the near future.

Eh, if they ask about it, just say there was a misunderstanding. Don't be too specific and don't act like it was a big deal, and it probably won't be. ;)

Exactly this, almost no one in the world knows "what drugs is". A lot of people are reasonable though, and given the awkwardness of the situation your reaction was probably normal. If it was in the confines of a healthy bio-rhythm, then you just woke up under the impression that you really had to walk those dogs, right?

Though, who knows exactly what you looked like at the time, or how 'different' your (non-verbal) reaction was... (Think Peter Fonda talking to that little girl in 'The Trip' when he breaks into their house)

P.S This thread has me thinking, anyone with experience taking whatever and then taking a flight? Those trans-Atlantic flights are LONG and BORING.

Terrific thread! Admire all of you with your cogent tips and supportive attitudes. I'm all the more happy to be a member of this forum. Can't wait to get my hands on some LSD. It's been decades. Don't think I will choose a car trip as my first setting, haha! Wise choice to stay home Chlor. I am smiling big thinking about how calmly you handled the unexpected large dose. Reminds me of the story of the naming of 1200 Mics.

I completely agree about the peopl on this forum. The psychedelic sections specifically. I spent most of my time while in blue light, in the basic or advanced drug discussion. I can say that the crowd populating the psychedelic section is by far my favorite. People can get a little snippy over there in the basic and advanced section.

When you speak of 1200 mics are you reffering to the man trippin in his hammock? I slightly remember something about that.
On a side note, a hammock is a very relaxing spot to enjoy your substance of choice, but the transition on and off the hammock can prove rather difficult when your mind is noticeably altered. Actually it proves difficult to some who are as sober as a baby.

Better hope you get the window seat.

I second this. Im not sure what that would be like. If your real comfortable with Lsd and flying, I think it could make a very long flight more interesting. Just have to make sure that you don't resemble the outer appearance of a crazy man. Also don't consume before you have made it to the gate, or plane itself. I can see coming up on Lsd in the middle of a crowded, confusing, and security infested airport, as being a bit overwhelming. I know I couldn't navigate very well through a place like that as my perception is quickly changing.
