I hope to see everyone out this week since it'll be my 1st one back from vacation. For august... we've got some live pa DnB, really good acts that'll be tight. I've just gotta confirm everyone on Monday, and I'll post the new lineups.

Oh yeah, the official Curdstock 4 Pre-Party will be going on at NYOH's on the 25th. So for all the soldiers that can make it into a 4 day event, come start off the party right at NYOH's

It's been a while, but I posted a bunch of the new lineups. I also extended the open deck time to 2 hours. Everyone likes playing out and only fitting 2 guys a night wasn't working out. so now there's 4 spots.

Hope to see you all out this Wed. It's gonna be tight. Majik and Shinma are laying 1.5 hour long sets. Some Hard House and Jungle. Maybe Shinma will even drop some Dialated Peoples and KRS1 cause he knows that shit is dope.
 
It's nice to know that we now have two hours of open decks again. Here's hoping the people will come out to support it. I'm sure a lot of columbus dj's have just breathed a sigh of releif that they don't have to worry too much anymore about how early to get there to beat out the other dj's for a shot behind the decks.

Justin is bringing the good stuff people, we need to come out and support him and the scene. Even myself. Gotta get some gas $$ as these trips up to Olentangy are wearin a hole in my pocket. ;-)

Oh gosh...

Sorry for the no show last wednesday, peoples...the clutch on my clunker finally went out for good tuesday night, and I had a hell of a time making my way through all that woodwork trying to find a ride to NYOHs. But alas...I'll take a taxi there tomorrow night to see the Majik & the Shinma for 3 hours! Oh Shane can't forget you homebwoy...see ya'll reppin'

Is there a chance for an open cd deck slot?

I'd be comin from Louisville so I'd make it worth the trouble.
And I can furnish my own decks.
Oh and "real dj's use vinyl" is just a term.
Spinning on plastic is just as involved and sometimes more tricky than spinnning vinyl. I think.
Much love for the "real dj's" I just can't afford records and I'm scrawny. Cd's are easier to carry. If I had it all on vinyl, it would take 5 flight cases.

CD DJ's are welcome. You just gotta make sure it'll work in with all the other equipt. If you want, send me what stuff you have and I'll ask the sound guy, but it shouldn't be a problem. Just let me know what you spin, where you'vew played out, affiliations, and such...

And if nobody noticed.... 2 weeks of Live PA DnB coming up. Make sure you post like mad in the Ill Atmospherics thread.
 
a real DJ does use tuntables and CDJ's but your not a dj if u let the CD players do the mixing for you!! vinyl is the SHIT but fresh tracks on cd is always a treat, not shit burned off a pc and played like a wedding DJ! RUDE BWOY JUNGLIST RUN TINGS!!!
