OH, Columbus - Open Deck Wednesdays @ Nyoh's - $.50 wells 9-10pm

I'm glad everyone's digging on NYOH's. Tons of new faces out last night. It was really cool to reach out to some new people.

JC, appreciate the politeness, just make sure you drop off a demo sometime. Rylan, the bartender, collects demos from everyone that I eventually hear (he's an old school promoter).

Upcoming week is going to be sick, Ill Atmospherics and DaarSound with the extra noise.
 
Yeah I saw Carlos there last night and talked to him for a sec, am going to try to make it up there again. Though it is quite a drive for my broke butt.

Yeah, what was up with that? I thought the fire alarm was going off during one of my tracks until I saw him up there! That was my 1st time checking it out and I wanted to thank Justin (although I never met him that night). I had a great time on the open decks, it was cool that my 1/2 hour set stretched out too a 1:20 minute tag set. Just wished I could stay later... work sucks. Peace and humpitness forever.
 
Bay, saw you and B spin out, but had to dip for a lil bit. All I gotta say is, Po Pimpin'!! Do or Die took me back to high school cruises and many of cloudy daze!!

And next time someone is fucking with the sound just let me know, I do have the luxury of being able to kick people out.

yo Bayrea...1st off thanks for the demo man.....haven't had a chance to check it out yet but prolly gunna pop it in the car stereo today. 2nd off yeah....as for the ranDUMB drunk dood....man I apologize about that...I didn't know he was fukin wif shit during ur set too....sorry about that.....I saw him in there but thought he was jus lookin at the set-up cuz he's a sound engineer at the Newport...didn't know he was an asshole!!:o :p :X .....or as drunk as he must of been to do sum stoopid shit like that.
And sumone told me a guy was sayin the fukt up sound wuz the dj's fault cause "he's the one controlling the mixer"......to you I say "ya don't know SHIT buddy!! so keep yo mouf shut!" the problem was the asshole that had no business touchin any of the clubs equipment sneakin in there and randumbly pushin buttons. Any one else does that shit ur out...no questions asked...ur out.
That's sum nonsense that jus doesn't need ta happen.

but to end on a happy note...

:) ....despite the whatevah...I had a really good time!!! maybe it was just that I was in a great mood but it seemed like everyone was happy and havin a good time......no drama this week.....at least not until the afterhours at mah place.......if u was there u prolly know what happened.......

I had a great time too! Captian Kaos pad was no biggie... it was more funny to me than anything. I honestly thought the place was on fire and we were going to have to evacuate! I guess I just have bad Dj luck.... 1st the chick bumps the table at the dj battle then Captain Kaos sneaks up in the booth to play around.... i hate to think whats going to happen next! PEACE!

It's another week of only one, instead of 2 full hours of open decks, it'll be like this for the next 2 weeks, then no open decks for the fundraiser, then back to 2 hours. So if you want to spin in some excelent company, make it our early.
