camcorder?

i'm leaving for Iraq in a couple weeks is there any way i can bring a camcorder to this event for 'ol times sake? I am far from a newbie when it comes to the scene.

camcorders are dumb. and ppl will be shady about it. unless you are doing it for a movie. but just a kid with a camcorder is kinda stupid. you wont catch my ass on your video.

are they gonna be allowed... i am going to have a shit load of cds... not jus my own... but a bunch of other stuff i am bringin to my girl @ the party... so whats the deal?

everyone and everything must and will be searched......not so much the drugs all the time, but theres some crazy fuckers in this world and hard tellin what they will bring in....so with that said if you have a bag it will be opend and searched...if not dumped out and searched...this is a tremendous hassle for the security...the dj/raver/customer whatever you wanna call your selves....and for the people waiting in line behind you.....as im sure we all have been behind someone with a bag full of shit waiting like wtf. So they are allowed but we ask that you be considerate toward everyone else including your self and either make do without or pack lightly so that we can get you checked and in without much wait
 
thats cool... the only thing in my bag will be cds so that should make it easy....

well last time i drank beer in the warehouse parking lot....i was warned not to bc of liability reasons..so i just drove across the road.
 
We should definetely have a bluelight meetup for this party. There should at least be 20+ bluelighters attending this party. Has anyone already booked their rooms at the Sleep Inn. I am going to book mine soon. The rooms there are awsome and they are very big. I stayed there the last time for Blitzen and we had about 20 people in one room. Anyyway, who ever is staying there, let me know. There was hardly anyone there last time so we should have an afterparty in the hotel lobby. Finallly starting to get excited about this shit.
 
the last thing i want at a party for any reason is some kid with a camcorder. The next thing you know our faces will be plastered on 60 minutes or the columbus evening news. bad idea, imho.

so is this the venue that has been used multiple times before? is this the old glow venue? or one of the other ones around it?

you guys all hate on camcorders for good reasons , but im glad we had one in detroit to tape ben sims and richies sets, viva la detroit!
 
One Step Closer. I booked my Room last night! They said there were still rooms left so anyone without a place to stay should look into it, it's pretty cheap compared to others, plus you'll be in good company. if our friends get motivated, we're still planning on leaving Louisville early enough to chill at the mall for a while. pre party and possibly post party at the sleep Inn, any takers? I look forward to meeting you guys in person. less then 10 days away, can't wait! =D

gErR we will be a the sleep inn!! we can get something going on for sure. we have like 2-3 rooms of people i think soo we can all party!! =D

Sounds like a plan, I am pretty sure that the suites have refridgerators as well so we can keep our after party jager and beer cold. I am ready for this party to get here now. I will be booking my room in the next couple of days. See everyone at the party.
