well I see that peeps have respect for what is going on in there scene and helping any company thats trying to keep there scene going on.
so what I understand you much rather piss everyone off and turn them away from coming to this party than support the people trying to give
your little ass something to do this weekend. keep it up and I find your going to be a loneley lil boy in the future.

Oh wow.... this is my first time here and i was really looking forward to meeting all of you guys this weekend... but so much drama why???? well i guess ill still meet you guys... i basicaly live at "the place" it is being held sorry if i intrude .. i am a baby to this never even been to anything like this... it will be a new experience for me... thanks for the opportunity;) :)

1. A DJ listed for an event when he has no knowledge of it - yeah, that's event info we'd like to have, so we don't show up looking for his set when he isn't planning to be there. It can also shed light on promoters who bloat a lineup with unconfirmed djs to draw attendence....but we trust a dj in this type of situation would come back and confirm he *is* booked for the show and *is* going to be there to keep the up promoter's integrity (not that those in the MW have reason to doubt someone established like SAE). This is just a point of general conversation which I don't see a problem with as long as it sticks to facts and works to clear the air without derailing the thread or going into pissing contests or flames.

2 - Getting into a dick-sizing contest about who has been around longer is pointless. Respect others, you'll get respect - disrespect others, well, you know what that brings, more drama that we do not want/need here.

3. We have asked repeatedly that people *NOT* engage in flamefests. If you think someone is out of line in their reply, hit the

button and the forum mods will be notified. At which point they'll clean up the mess on aisle 5 if needed, or they will throw in a comment to let you know they've reviewed the situation and think things are going fine. It is NOT your job or place to tell someone to

If you'll notice, I haven't posted anything on this thread since my attempt to turn Vinny Bricks attitude into one more positive failed. I admit that I let him get to me, and in corresponding posts and turn my usual attitude and excitement about this party into something that I do not ever do. My intensions were (in the beginning) not to piss anyone off, or definately not to start 3 pages worth of unnessesary hating. If you know me, or have ever read any thing that I have ever posted on here, you'd realize that I focus solely on hyping what ever party, dj, or production company that I have gained respect for, and leave all the "ravetrashing" for another site, which by the way, I am not a member.

Aaron, I haven't ever met Rolled_Over, but have talked to, and PM'd occasionally, and he seems to share the same feeling as I do about what he gets out of going to parties. He was only stating his oppinion, and he's entitled to it. I think you would agree that you have attended and are still affiliated with the scene over the years because of the collective thought and general idea that we all seem to agree on.

Vinny Bricks, in my desperate attempt to put to rest what I never intended to start, I apologize for anything that you may have taken personally. If not for the bad day that I happened to have on friday, I think that I would have reenforced to you that I only want what SAE has been working their asses off so hard for, to turn out to be something that I'm sure everyone will agree is the essence of our nostalgia. I feel this way only because I have personally seen and experienced this for myself, and it makes me still be able to collect good from the scene. It clearly pays off when you use your heart in something that you create, and I am grateful to be a part of it.

To glasshoppa, Ledah, and Rolled_Over. Thank you for having my back. For no other reason than to know that others will stand up for you when you've backed them.

To everyone else, Rock out with ya fuckin cock out!

wow... i leave town for a week and its drama as usual in cbus... ;)

anyways, due to minor i guess you could call them "glitches" i wont be there till way early saturday morning or afternoon. i'll miss bbl... but i got suprise tickets to a concert in indy on friday night that i can't pass up on.

so if everything goes as planned and i still feel like driving to cbus (very likely) i'll be down there saturday. woot woot.

Is this a good time to post the directions to this event. I looked all over these posts and didn't find anything. Or maybe I just overlooked it, as i was skimming the posts...looking for a big one that said things like.

Coming from the north.
Coming from the east.

I know many of us have quite a drive ahead of us and I would like to know how to get there, that way I can know when to leave my house that night.

for the people that are worried about a long drive. the best i can do with out violating jere is to say that it is around 35 miles from columbus. if he wants to brandish more info ill leave up to him. peace...... also, dont make fun of my spelling i type fast and quick reply so i dont use spell check!

Btw, i feel like I owe an apology to the readers, promoters, dj's, moderators, etc. I apologize because it seems like drama started with myself and Jack Burton, then Bad*Fuck*Note got in on it and it just escalated. Jack if you're around, there are no hard feelings on my part. If you holler at me at the party, lets drink a beer, squash it and have a good time. Enough people said you're a good dj for me to believe it. Just don't hate on a dj if he/she doesn't play the particular style you like. Hell I don't own 1 DnB or Jungle record but don't think I won't be rockin the fuck out if somebody is dope. Good muzik is good muzik. I play Prog, but i respect all types of music, especially since i started playing hip-hop in the late 80's, when it was REAL hip hop. So do the math and you'll realize that I'm too old to be fighting and having pissing contests. I've been playing records almost as long as some of these kids have been alive! Thats surreal as hell if you think about it. But again, my apologies to anyone and everyone who took a negative view on this thread after I got into that online scuffle. I'm glad to play, anytime, anywhere, with anyone, for everyone...Peace
