im currently taking ofloxacin orally for infection. i will be done taking them on thursday night and im planning to roll on saturday night. i would really appreciate if those with any experience with said combo could help? do you think that a two day break from the antibiotic is ok?

throw the ofloxacin out dude, and get another antibiotic if you can. no joke. it can cause permanent neurological problems, not to mention tendon ruptures and a whole list of other issues, even months after stopping the drug. levofloxacin made me a mess for 6-12 months. i wouldn't even consider touching recreational drugs for quite a while after a fluoroquinolone - the risks just aren't worth it.
well tomorrow is my last day on ofloxacin so i guess the damage is already done. im surprised that it is so bad. apparently ofloxacin has a half life of 7-8 hours and i thought that because of that rolling 50 hours later from my last dose wouldn't be such a problem. im really confused now.

you are probably fine - fluoroquinolones cause toxicity syndromes in up to 10% of users, and it can happen well after the drug has been stopped. i would just watch out for any nerve, tendon or muscle pain and take it easy if you notice anything like that.
