The $5/10 ones would be useless in this situation as this person is obviously talking about measuring out MDMA for personal usage, ie in the range of 100 to 100 milligrams.
How do I know this? Because no one would be stupid enough to ask about weighing dealer amounts of MDMA, ie whole grams, here on Bluelight, would they? Hmmm?
Look for electronic scales that are accurate up to .1 of a gram, or hopefully more accurate. These will be considerably more expenise, >$200.

i dropped my first pill about 2 weeks ago, was a bit naive but looked up the pill report, it was a white smiley took about an hour to kick in then i had the time of my life, letr on i started feeling wiered - hard to explain like so akward but kinda sick, i wanted to make the feeling stop more than anything, when i think about it it makes my heart race, it was the most awful feeling i have ever experienced, then my jaw started shaking and i felt sick kinda, but cant remember that much, friends say i looked really bad and all i wanted to do was be hugged cos i kinda felt like my body wasnt there anymore, anyway i got home and started seeing the scariest things like people in my room and dragons outside my window, plus my boyfriends face was changing to look like other people. i was just womndering some advice for next time, and also stuff to help me not freak out. thanks

In my opinion, if you've had this bad an experience on MDMA, it's probably a good idea not to take MDMA again for a while, if at all ever again... Especially if you've said:

it was the most awful feeling i have ever experienced
to describe part of the experience.

THC is detectable in your urine for 48-72 hours after a single use. Chronic use leaves it detectable for up to 12 weeks. As far as I know there's no way of cheating the test... However,

Ibuprofen; (Advil, Nuprin, Motrin, Excedrin IB etc)
Naproxen (Aleve)
Ketoprofen (Orudis KT)
Promethazine (Phenergan, Promethegan)
Riboflavin (B2, Hempseed Oil)
Kidney infection (Kidney disease, diabetes)
Liver Disease
Dronabinol (Marinol) can all cause false positives to a test for THC.

THC can also be tested for VIA ones hair... If you're hair is 1 inch in length, it's detechtable for 60 days.

As for MDMA...
It's detectable in your urine for up to 1-3 days for single use, and 3-5 for chronic. The following can give a false positive result:

Ephedrine, pseudoephedrine, propylephedrine, phenylephrine, or desoxyephedrine
(Nyquil, Contact, Sudafed, Allerest, Tavist-D, Dimetapp, etc)

Phenegan-D, Robitussin Cold and Flu, Vicks Nyquil
Over-the-counter diet aids with phenylpropanolamine (Dexatrim, Accutrim)

Over-the-counter nasal sprays (Vicks inhaler, Afrin)
Asthma medications (Marax, Bronkaid tablets, Primatine Tablets)

Prescription medications (Amfepramone, Cathne, Etafediabe, Morazone,
...phendimetrazine, phenmetrazine, benzphetamine, fenfluramine, dexfenfluramine,
...dexdenfluramine,Redux, mephentermine, Mesocarb, methoxyphenamine, phentermine,
... amineptine, Pholedrine, hydroymethamphetamine, Dexedrine, amifepramone, clobenzorex,
...fenproyorex, mefenorex, fenelylline, Didrex, dextroamphetamine, methphenidate, Ritalin,
...pemoline, Cylert, selegiline, Deprenyl, Eldepryl, Famprofazone)
Kidney infection, kidney disease
Liver disease, diabetes and MDMA can also trigger a false amphetamine reaction.

Hair testing is also possible for MDMA, and the detection time is the same for THC.
