Greetings fellow supporters, comrades, and the glorious proletariats of the Motherland,

The Citizen's Office of Oppression would like to extend a cold Eastern welcome to our former enemies of the West. The trade embargo and sanctions on the territories belonging to the Lounge Imperial Forces will be lifted until the end of this fiscal year. However, any travel or trade between the two parties and their respective territories is strictly forbidden without the approval and proper paperwork from the OoO Kremlin.

This will not alter or effect the daily lives of our citizens. Please be advised that all curfews and travel restrictions are still in effect.

While some of you may be appalled at this temporary armistice, be not alarmed. This will benefit us greatly and will move us towards our ultimate goal. In light of a new and common threat, it has been agreed that this is the best course of action... for now.
